WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?
Unless stated otherwise, our delivery windows are from 10:00AM to 8:00PM every day. Time slots are two hour in length. Orders must be placed at least one hour before the desired time slot.
*Each time slot has a maximum number of orders. Once the maximum number of orders is reached, that time slot will no longer be available. On holidays, our delivery hours are subject to store holiday hours. You can view available delivery times for your area in the checkout screen.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY?
Free assembly and delivery on your first order
We are so confident that you are going to love our online grocery delivery service that the first assembly and delivery is on us! All you have to do is enter the code "nuvo1263" at the payment screen.
Marché Nuvo charges a flat fee of $5.00 for the assembly and delivery of each order under $100. Orders over $100 have no assembly or delivery fees. Ever. The minimum order is $35.00.
HOW ARE PRODUCTS PRICED?
There are no additional markups on the products purchased online. Weekly specials are valid from Thursday at 8:00AM to Wednesday at 9:00PM. Although the prices displayed online should be accurate, Marché Nuvo reserves the right to change the price without any warning and/or limit the quantities of items purchased by a consumer.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, PayPal, PayPal Express, and Apple Pay.
We do not accept cash or interac debit for online purchases. Cash and interac debit are available for purchases at our physical location.
WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT CASH OR INTERAC DEBIT?
Due to various reasons (including human error, inauthentic purchases, lack of transactional records in the case of a discrepancy, and more), we do not accept cash as a form of payment for online purchases.
Our online platform currently does not support interac debit card integration. We do, however, accept Mastercard Debit and Visa Debit.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
If you can’t find the product you need, you can use our search bar to dig a little deeper. If you don’t see what you’re looking for in the results, try searching using one keyword (for example, try ‘apples’ instead of ‘sliced apples.’) If you still can’t see the item you want, you can enter a special request in your shopping cart.
WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF YOUR DELIVERY ZONE AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE?
We are constantly expanding our delivery zone to serve as many neighbourhoods in Montreal as possible. Please verify our delivery zone to see whether or not you fall into any one of our zones.
If you are still not able to make an order, please send us a private message and we will see if we are able to accommodate you. The areas with the most demand are where we plan on expanding next!
HOW DOES THE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL WORK?
Customers ordering alcohol will be required to provide their date of birth at checkout to confirm they are above the legal drinking age. When the order is delivered, the recipient must be present to show proof of age with a valid photo ID. No orders containing alcohol can be left unattended. Marché Nuvo employees have the responsibility to refuse to deliver alcohol to minors, as well as to visibly intoxicated persons.
